Alliance Management, a BerganKDV company, was recently recognized with the Transaction of the Year Award from the Minnesota Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) for 2022. The award highlights standout transaction cases that demonstrated industry excellence and made an impact for both business and consultant.

Alliance Management earned the award for its work this past year in partnering with Thor Construction to sell their former headquarters building in Minneapolis. Team members actively involved in the case were Keith Carpenter and Jeff Gorman. This is the second year in a row that Alliance Management has earned Transaction of the Year from the TMA’s Minnesota Chapter.
“What Keith and Jeff accomplished throughout this engagement is highly deserving of recognition,” said Chris Tomas, Director of Alliance Management. “Transaction of the Year is a renowned and prestigious feat in the turnaround industry, especially earning it in consecutive years. I am proud of the work and dedication our team exhibited in this case and congratulate Keith and Jeff on an outstanding achievement.”
The Transaction of the Year Award is chosen based on a rigorous peer-review process by the volunteer TMA Awards Committee. This process includes an extensive evaluation of each nominated case. As the judges review all components of each entry, they look for specific, measurable results to determine award winners.
