This service is one-time and nonrecurring. Full payment provides the user up to one hour of time with a BerganKDV expert.

USING THE VIRTUALLY SERVICE
- User submits form and payment.
- Once payment is received a Virtual Ally from BerganKDV will reach out via email or phone to understand the issue/question and ensure the user is routed to the best subject matter expert (SME) for your needs.
- A one-hour call will be set up between you and the SME, guaranteed within two business days. Most meetings are set up within one business day.
- Following your one-hour Virtually service the user will receive a follow up email and survey where you can note your satisfaction with the service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly waive any claims against Service Provider for loss, injury, or damage of any kind, directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the services or from any defects therein.
BerganKDV backs the Virtually service with a 100% money back guarantee if a user does not feel like the services rendered met their needs or the defined Terms of Service. To request a refund, the user must email email@example.com within seven days of the provided service. Upon receipt, user will be notified, and a refund will be administered within the following two weeks.
Additionally, BerganKDV can make the decision to cancel a Virtually service and provide a refund if we do not feel we can adequately provide service or support for the requested items.
