Wil Meggers

As Director of Solutions, Wil is responsible for guiding and managing all BerganKDV Solutions, promoting collaboration firmwide. He also ensures that all teams are aligned with Vision 2030, which is a set of numerous objectives from headcount to revenues that the firm aims to achieve in the next several years.

He brings to the firm over 17 years of strategic sales, marketing and business unit leadership, specifically in the finance industry. What he enjoys most about his career is the lack of repetition; each day brings something new for him to try and go where nobody has gone before.

Meggers earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Iowa. When he’s not leading the firm’s solution groups, Wil can be found coaching or cheering on his children at their sports games. He also enjoys golfing and is an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan.
