Manager // Payroll Implementation
Lorilei works with businesses of varying sizes with their payroll needs and as the clients grow, she helps them scale their payroll and human capital management tools to keep the business running smoothly. With the ultimate goal of providing a wow client onboarding experience, her focus is on leading her team through individual career pathing and coaching, change management through LEAN process improvement initiatives, and strategically planning and then delivering on those results. She is passionate about helping her team, our company and our clients collaborate to find solutions and achieve success.
Lorilei earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Mount Mercy University. She devotes her time to her family, to her community at YPN through her work on their board of directors, as well as the executive board, and is involved with St. Ludmila Catholic Church.
