Keith Carpenter

As an Investment Banker, Keith provides investment banking services and business advice to his clients. He has a deep knowledge of assisting business owners with managing the complexities of the merger and acquisition process and has over 25 years of experience in business advisory.

What he enjoys most about his career is the opportunity to help clients navigate some of their most important business decisions. Keith also finds partnering with such dedicated, motivated and intelligent business owners very fulfilling and is constantly learning new things through his client engagements.  

Keith earned his BA from the University of St. Thomas and his JD from the University of Minnesota. He is an active member of various organizations, including the Turnaround Management Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
