BerganKDV is excited to announce the hiring of Brittany Gonzalez as the new Human Capital Management (HCM) Solutions Leader. Gonzalez will oversee and manage the efforts of our human capital management team, empowering team members to provide excellent client service while fostering an environment for them to grow personally and professionally. She will be based out of the firm’s St. Cloud office.

Gonzalez has a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Bethel University and a bachelor’s degree in human resource and general management from Minnesota State University. She is an active member in her community, volunteering regularly for non-profit organizations such as Feed My Starving Children, Bridging and People Serving People.
