BerganKDV recently launched a new benefit offering to all eligible employees called TurnSignl. TurnSignl is a black-owned company that developed a phone app that provides drivers on-demand teleconferencing with attorneys during traffic stops and after car accidents, all while their camera records the interaction.
The company was founded in 2020 with the goal to bridge the gap between residents and police and to provide an easy way to help drivers feel safer and empowered on the road. TurnSignl’s mission is to protect drivers’ civil rights, de-escalate roadside interactions, and ensure both drivers and law enforcement officers return home safely.

BerganKDV plans to notify local law enforcement and officials of the new benefit offering to spread awareness of TurnSignl’s mission and background so that community leaders know that this type of technology is available and being used on the roads.
