BerganKDV Human Capital Management Practice Grows with Addition of Two Key StaffApril 1, 2019
Lorilei Christner, Payroll Implementation Manager and Micah Zirnhelt, Human Capital Management Consulting Manager, recently joined BerganKDV’s Human Capital Management (HCM) team.
Christner manages the payroll implementation team and ensures that clients’ needs are being met as the HCM software system is deployed. She has more than 25 years in both people leadership and project management, holds a professional project management certificate and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
Zirnhelt will help clients better utilize their K-Pay HCM modules to get the most benefit from this robust platform. For the past 15 years, Zirnhelt has worked in human resources and benefit administration, and specializes in human resources outsourcing implementation and support. He is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional and holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources certification.
