BerganKDV is pleased to announce the hiring of two new leaders to the firm who will fill the roles of Solutions Leader and CPA Solutions Leader. Wil Meggers has joined the firm and will hold the Solutions Leader position and Tim Engeldinger will transition into the CPA Solutions Leader role.
Meggers joins the firm from GreatAmerica Financial Services in Cedar Rapids where he served in numerous leadership seats for nearly 17 years. He brings a solid background in management, technology, communication and sales to BerganKDV. In his new role, Meggers will be responsible for leading and managing all BerganKDV Solutions with the goal to promote collaboration firmwide and ensure all teams are aligned with Vision 2030: a set of numerous objectives from headcount to revenues that the firm aims to achieve in the next 9 years. He will be based out of the firm’s Cedar Rapids office.
Engeldinger previously held the title of Market Leader for the Twin Cities. As CPA Solutions Leader, Engeldinger will lead and provide oversight for operational efficiency and consistency for the CPA solutions team at BerganKDV. He will help guide the CPA solution group in developing new and innovative ways to add value to client interactions and will partner with other solution leaders to collectively progress towards our firm’s goals.

Meggers earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Iowa. He is an active member of his community and spends his time out of the office serving as a coach for his children’s sports teams.
Engeldinger earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and political science from Southwest Minnesota State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and sits on the board for Big Brother Big Sisters Twin Cities.
