BerganKDV and Erb’s Technology Solutions (ETS), located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, have merged together. This partnership brings together two leading professional services firms whose primary mission is to help clients find solutions to their complex business, financial and technology challenges. As a result of the merger, which closed October 11, ETS has adopted the BerganKDV name.
ETS is very similar to BerganKDV in their technology solution offerings and culture. They have been in business since 1961, working with small, medium and large enterprises every day to provide technology solutions designed to assist and streamline their day-to-day operations. Their areas of expertise include healthcare, retail, finance, manufacturing, state and local government, K-12 and higher education.
The ETS team consists of six individuals which brings the current Cedar Rapids location headcount to 44 employees. Firm-wide, BerganKDV employs 465 team members. “This is a very exciting time for us,” said ICR Market Leader Vince Ellison, “I am looking forward to moving into a new location and being able to bring the entire team together in our new office space. The depth we are creating will allow our clients even more opportunities to grow and succeed as a result.”
The Cedar Rapids team will be moving offices, most likely by the end of the calendar year, to give the team enough space to have everyone under one roof. BerganKDV will join Skogman Companies in its new building under construction at the corner of First Avenue and Fifth Street SE in downtown Cedar Rapids. Skogman will occupy the first two floors and BerganKDV will occupy the third.
