Air Mechanical, Inc. began 25 years ago, designing and installing heating and cooling systems for leading builders and remodelers throughout the Twin Cities. We had the opportunity to do a Windows 7 upgrade with the BerganKDV team and with our vCIO’s proactive approach we were able to get this into our budget nine months prior to our deadline, including staff training to ensure a smooth transition. We had about 50 computers that we needed to upgrade. Some of the devices could handle the update and some of them needed to be replaced, and BerganKDV was able to help us triage what ones were worth saving. The impact on our business was massive. We had less issues with our email/Outlook and we saw a drop in our ticket count regarding issues on machines. The staff had less technical issues and more time to focus on their work.”
